my 93 villiger oil pan fell off the car and AAA guy tried to turn the car on and he said the motor is locked is there any short cuts o unlock a motor.

Try half a can of coca cola in each cylinder wait for 2 hrs and try manually turning the crankshaft puilley 720degs unable to its locked/seized up.
