is the check engine light coming on?

yes it is but the check engine light has been coming on shortly after i bought it. when im idling the van is fine only when i take off the van starts to hesitate and when im speeding up sometimes it will hesitate when im at a constant speed but not much. i put some octane booster and fuel system cleaner and some fluid to help the transmission to not slip its not as bad but still hesitates a little
