Sometimes stalls when stopped. Runs worse when the A/C is on. struggles to keep the engine going when at a stop. When A/C is off, it runs a bit better. But vibrates very very fast when at a stop.

Is it the alternator, the A/C filter, or the A/C compressor.
Or a short in the system? Or something totally different?

I would say its your idle air control valve. have it checked/replaced. and also for good measure look for any cracked or disconnected vacuum hoses.
