I TRIED TO SMOG MY CAR LAST WEEK AND THE PERSON SAID THAT IT WAS REASON: 14 UNABLE TO STABILIZE VEHICLE.... CHECK ENGINE LIGTH IS ON IS THAT IS ONE OF MY PROBLEMS COULD THERE BE SOMETHING ELSE MAYBE A BLOWN FUSE

Take your car to Autozone and have read it again they will do it for free and go from here-

Idle not stabilized : Could be the idle air control valve try cleaning it and see what happens
