well my car is nocking bad? and it only goes 35 miles an hour and theres more rong with it but i dont know? everyone says its the number 3 cylender its fixing to go out! but i need to know?

If you hear a bad knocking, chances are either rod bearing or main bearings are bad. Why are people saying it is cylender 3?
