1994 Mercury Tracer Timing

I would like to retard the the timing by 4 degrees. I've looked into this and it appears that the timing is controled by the PCM. I'm wondering if there is any way to fool the PCM, or retard the spark by some other means. Yes this is related to HHO.

There is no way that I know to change timing on DIS units.
