The coolant reservoir makes bubbling sound and seems to boil after I shut the engine whenever I have driven for 15-20 minutes. I know I have a coolant leak in the gasket and the radiator/heater in general but I've had it for a while and had never had this sound before. The temperature doesn't seem to rise to anything abnormal while driving so I'm not sure what I need fixed. Any insights would be appreciated.

The noise is probably from the heater core. Air is getting into the system as the coolant leaks out. The core isn't the problem. The leaks need to be fixed. The coolant that you are continuing to add should be a 50/50 mix straight coolant to water.
