1991 Mercury Tracer cranks but wont run

I have a 1991 Mercury tracer that will crank but wont run.Replaced timing belt,drive belt,ignition coill,spark plug wires,ignition relays,fuses and the fuel pump runs and there is fuel in the lines. The battery is full but still the engine wont run.
