My wipers work intermitently. I can start them by hand and sometimes will work all the time or will only work 5 minutes and stop and will only start again if I manualy start them by hand again. Sometimes they will start working very slow before getting to the right speed like the motor wasn't getting enough voltage. I changed the Intermitent modual about 4 months ago when It happened before and worked fine but now the problem is back. Weak fusible link, switch or motor?
