1993 Mercury Topaz 4 cyl

my hazards wont work on a 1993 topaz ive looked on the fuse box to replase the flasher but i on lt see the signal light flasher so where are they hiding the hazard flasher ?

There should be another one that looks exactly like the turn flasher. If not, it will be under the dash on the steering column. You have to remove the bottom dash cover to access.
