1989 Mercury Topaz transmission lines to the radiator

1989 Mercury Topaz 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic n/a miles

My car has two transmission lines that connect to the radiator. The bottom one closest to the water pump pully keeps hitting the pully and blowing. What is causing it to do this?

That hose should be clamped to the bottom of the radiator. If you can't find the clamp, get a zip tie, and tie it to the radiator support.
