2005 Mercury Sable Excessive noice fromm compressor

Had the car checked for compressor coming off and on. Compressor was extremely low. Had repair shop add correct refigerent. The add dye and found no leaks, However the compressor makes excessive noise. They could not tell me why. The whole A/C unit was replace about 2 years ago.

It sounds like a bearing is going bad. Have they checked that?
