2003 Mercury Sable car overheating

my car has had a new waterpump, changed oil, tried running the fans manually changed radiator fluid and my engine is still overheating, i dunno what else the problem would be? do you have any ideas? also had head gaskers cheked and was fine.

have you tested thermostat? are the fans coming on properly? also feel for pressure in radiator hoses to ensure no blockage is preventing coolant flow.
