how do i take off the inside panel to the front door to get to the widow motor or is it possible to maually just raise window

If you remove the arm rest and unbolt the backing plate behind the handle, there should only be a few screws to take out. Then, seperate the panel from the door by carefully seperating the clips that hold the two together.
