2002 Mercury Sable Radiator Flush vs. Drain and fill

45,000 MILES • 6 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

My auto manual recommends I get a radiator flush at 45,000 miles. Is it necessary to have it flushed or can I just go with a drain and fill?

If u r to spend the money on replacing the antifreeze
take the extra step and have it flushed
