2002 Mercury Sable how do i release the fuel pressure rele

On the fuel rail is a schrader valve. Remove the cap, cover the schrader with a rag and push in on the valve stem. The rag should stop any fuel from spraying at you, but make sure to protect yourself and your eyes.
