OK JB GET A PEN, I HAD MY BLOWER MOTOR GO SOUTH.
I USED A WIRING DIAGRAM AND FOUND OUT THERE IS A MODULE TO THE LEFT OF THE MOTOR ON THE PASSENGER SIDE, HOOK A TEST LITE UP TO THE MODULE, HOT WIRE
(2) PUT THE KEY ON
(3)GO RAISE THE OUTPUT SPEED OF THE BLOWER MOTOR, THE TEST LITE SHOULD GET BRIGHTER AND BRIGHTER AS THE SPEED OF THE FAN GOES UP.
NOW IF THAT CHECKS GOOD REMOVE TEST LITE
FROM THE MODULE, NOW ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE IN THE CORNER OF THE PASSENGER SIDE
IS YOUR BLOWER MOTOR. IT HAS ONLY ONE ELECTRIC PLUG, I BELIEVE THE MOUNT BOLTS ARE EITHER A 1/4 OR 5/16 A 1/4 INCH SOCKET AND EXT WORKS WELL. DONT FORGET THE GASKET
THIS WAY YOU WONT GET HEAVY CONDENSATION LIKE I DID FROM THE OLD ONE I HAD. GOING BACK IN WITH THE NEW MOTOR IS EASY MERCURY ACTUALLY PUT LINE UP PINS ON THE MOTOR TO MAKE IT EASY TO BOLT ON. GOOD LUCK DUDE. OH AND AS FAR AS YOUR PVC ITS LOCATED ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE VALVE COVER YOU DONT NEED TO REPLAVE IT, ITS NOT LIKE THE OLD ONES, THIS IS A DO-NOTHING SEE THROUGH LINE
GOOD LUCK
BOB. E-MAIL ME IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, BUT ITS REALLY STRAIGHT FOWARD.
