2002 Mercury Sable Battery?

I have a really weak horn on this car when I bought it also the auto locks sometimes work and sometimes dont very weak if they work at all. I was wondering if this is a battery issue? the battery seems fine. never any problems starting the car so it seams fully charged. Im hoping I dont have electrical issues. thanks for your help.

I would say its two separate issues
I would replace the horn
check relay check door harness

need manual CHECK IT @
