My car starts and runs fine, then I'll stop somewhere and turn in off for maybe 5 minutes or so. I go back out and my car doesn't want to turn over. I let it sit for 5 minutes or so and it will start up fine.

Will it crank or not crank?
Try spraying some starting fluid down the throttle body and cranking it, fire up now?
If so the fuel system may not be holding pressure enough or not building it soon enough for a hot start, could also be a issue with timing or other component of ignition system.

The car starts and runs okay initially, but after I turn it off and try to restart it, it sometimes starts and acts like it's not running on all cylinder (misfires), then after letting it set of 5-10 minutes, it starts up and runs fine.
A mechanic already changed fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator, but problem reoccurred.
