2001 Mercury Sable Oil pan gasket replacement cost

2001 Mercury Sable 6 cyl 29000 miles

Hi - the dealer where I have my 2001 Sable serviced told me I have a leaking oil pan gasket, which is leaking onto the starter. He said to replace it would cost about $450 [$86 for the gasket, $45 for misc shop supplies, and $305 for labor . Does that sound right? The gasket has never been replaced before. As you can tell from the low mileage the car only gets driven around town.

The 8th digit is a capital letter "U".

The labor is 2.7hr's time's shop labor rate 80-100 per hr?The gasket is 56.38 that is dealer suggested retail price.The 45 misc supplies is probably oil filter brake clean etc.
