2001 Mercury Sable idle control

I have a 2001 mercury sable with 3.0 dohc.It idles too high (1200 rpm).It runs great but idles too high.I replaced the idle air control sensor,but still have the problem.Is the throttle position sensor next or the egr pressure sensor? PLEASE HELP SOON.

Look for false air-nothing test the throttle positioning sensor. also the throttle plate coud be binding due to varnish and also for a kinked acc cable-
