Spitting transmission fluid from transmission dipstick

Not good, how much fluid is in it? Did it just start doing this or was some work just done to it?

Yes. It was low no it stopped and its leaking from somewhere which means it build up pressure and blew the seal. Have with the five dollars.

? I dont understand. If it is blowing fluid out of the dipstick with nothing having been done to it, it has failed internally.
