I was driving in a very rural area, I ran over something, it "kicked-up" under my car, now there is a fluid(red color) that has leaked, and the car is hard to steer, yet driveable. I want to confirm if it is the power steering fluid, and the apporx. cost of repairs, as I am on a very tight budget. Thank YOU

Yes, it will be power steering fluid. The cost is totally going to depend on how quick you stop driving it. It has to be inspected to determine what the leak is and the cost to repair it but if you drive it with no fluid, you are going to burn the pump out too.
