2000 Mercury Sable Automatic 155351 miles

I just had a my power steering fluid flushed to see if that was the problem of having no power steering at all. It fixed it for about a month or so. Now its starting to do the same thing again. It starts out with not begin able to turn it left and then the right then where you lose all of the power steering but there is fluid in there. What could be causing the problem now?

Seems like rack and pinion may be going out. Any leaks or noises? Is the PS drive belt good and tight?

Just the power steering fluid just coming out the reservoir. I had my belts look at and they said the look good but when you turn it makes a weird noise which is one of my belts but not sure which belt it is.

Is it a loud screeching noise? If so it could be the power steering pump and not the belt
