1999 Mercury Sable power steering fluid constantly leaks

my car has been running well before this problem. i turn my car on and hear a bubling sound comin from underneath the hood. as i add pwer steering fluid its fine then three miles away it will make the same sound and its hard for me to turn. i have a leak but not too sure of were its coming from how can i fix it.

Have to check and locate the leak
fill system with fluid and turn steering wheel all the way left and then right
try to check for leak
