Are you using proper grade wheel studs? Are they being installed properly? If you over torque the studs u can weaken them and break them.
Put the lug nuts on properly and at proper torrque.

Yes on proper grade of wheel studs and on installation. Bought rotor and compared new old. Two holes on old rotor were 'rounded out'. Replaced rotor but now am concerned about why would at least 2 of the holes be larger than their companions. Had rotor and all 5 studs replaced.
