Electrical problem 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 140000 miles
I've read through my so called owners manual for this car and cannot find the turn signal flasher location. Where is it located on the '98 Sable?

Hello,
The turn signal flasher is located on the driver's side under dash by the footwell.
Here are the instructions and location of the flasher unit so you can change it out. (Below)
Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
Cheers, Ken

My signals work only when the 4 way flasher is pushed in, the four way flasher when out doesnt work, fuses look good, is there any thing else I can look at to see if it is the problem before I rip the steering column apart.

I cant seem to find a good picture of it. Try going to the parts house and looking at a new one, then you will know what it looks like.

The turn signals will not work, hazard flashers work fine. Could you tell me where the flasher is located for the turn signals, and what it might look like? Also if this is not the problem, just what I might look for.
If the stalk is bad how do I tell?
Thanks so much
