A tune up is really up to the vehicle owner on what all to change. It is simply replacing the old/used parts with newer parts for better vehicle life span. You will have to choose the components you want changed. Most tune ups at 145,000 miles usually consist of replacing air filter, tranny fluid (for automatic), cabin air filter, engine oil and filter, rotating tires, replacing spark plugs and wires and inspecting brakes and other fluids.
