1998 Mercury Sable blower motor not working

I have a 98 Mercury Sable w/auto a/c with a blower motor not working. When switching between modes,
I can hear the door actuators working. I'm not sure if the blower motor is burned up or if there is a bad fuse or relay.

Check fuses first. Second step is to verify power to the blower motor. If there is power to the blower via the connector, replace the blower motor.
