I HAVE 1997 MERCURY SABLE 3.0L (DUAL CAM) HAVE 165000 MILES, IT STARTED OVERHEATING, WE REPLACED THERMOSTAT AND UPPER RADIATOR HOSE ( WHICH WAS LEAKY TOO) BUT STILL OVERHEATING AND PRESSURE BUILD UP AT COOLANT RESERVOIR, AND LOWER RADIATOR HOSE IS COLD AND HEATER IS BLOWING COLD AIR. TELL US WHAT WE HAVE TO DO, THANKS.

Sounds to me like you need a new water pump, or you cooling system is in need of a flush.
