1997 Mercury Sable 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my door ajar light stays on when all doors are closed and my fuel gauge stays on the full mark it does not work any help would be grately appricated

Door Ajar:
Each door has a switch. One of the switch is bad. You have to find out which one and replace it.

Fuel Gauge:
Your fuel sending unit is bad. Most places sell fuel pump assembly that includes the sending unit.
