1996 Mercury Sable when I shift out of park, radio turns of

When I shift out park, radio turns off, power steering does not work, power windows don`t work, power locks do not work. Shift to park every thing is fine.

Sounds like a problem with the electrical part of the ignition switch. Have seen many Fords where the switch begins to fall apart and turning the wheel, moving the shifter, hitting bumps make all sorts of strange things happen. Switch should be on top of the steering column down about 2/3 of the way to the firewall.
