1996 Mercury Sable what's involved in a/c compressor replac

96 sable with DOHC; need to replace a/c compressor with by-pass pulley. how do i get to it?

Access is from the bottom, remove the lines, remove the serp belt, remove the four mounting bolts, remove compressor.
