1996 Mercury Sable uni-belt

1996 Mercury Sable Automatic

The "uni" belt is not spinning engine will start but none of the pulleys are moving. i can turn the belt by hand and the pulleys rotate so where do i go from here? any suggestions

With belt on your saying that you can spin it easy with pulleys turning freely
that would suggest that crank pulley is defective and need to be checked and replaced
