Is this a O.H.C. DOHC engine or just the O.H.V. engine?

If you need this in order to answer question I would have to find my owners manual or ask mechanic.

I do need this information to give you an accurate estimate. The difference between the two engines is a LOT of labor hours..

It should be stamped on top of the engine in big letters.

30V6 are the letters on the engine

Okay, that just means it's a 3.0L V6.. Let's do this, just give me the 8th digit of the car's VIN and I will be able to look up what engine it is equipped with so I can give you the correct estimate.

Okay, your vehicle has the O.H.V. engine. Still, without knowing what hose was replaced (radiator, brake etc..?) and without knowing what part of the EVAP system was repaired (canister, filter , sensor etc..?) , I can only give you a partial estimate which will include : Manifold tube assembly, freon flush and oil change..

I think I was taken and he comes highy recommended.Here's what he repl. ARS 52024 acc hose,ARS 720212 Evap,ARS 630091 Manif tube amby,Freon flush and oil cnge.Labor cost was 380.00.and total cost $726.08.I guess there is nothing I can do now if that is the case except warn others.

Well, with the partial estimate I could get, and only having the evap and hose still left, I think it is safe to say that he/she did charge you well over what they should have for these repairs..
