How hard is it to replace the O2 sensors on a 1996 Mercury Sable? Is this something I can do or should I have the shop do it?

Hi:
It's not too hard. The sensor just unplugs from the electrical system and is screwed out with a wrench. Just reverse the order to replace it. NOTE: You may want to put some anti seeze on the new one so it can be removed in the future without trouble.
