Get heat sometimes. Not often. What are possible problems

-Low coolant
-Air in cooling system
-bad thermostat
-clogged heater core
-broken blend door/blend door actuator
-If your car is equiped with a heater control valve, it could be stuck shut or you could have a vacuum leak.

These are the most common problems.
