1993 Mercury Sable 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I just changed the wiper motor on the car and still the wipers do not work at all. There is a clicking coming from behind the dash whenever I try to turn them on but yet nothing happens. I can still get the fluid to spray but that is all it does.

Check for power at the motor connector
check for a good ground
check fuses and relays check wiring
