My front left tire makes a noise like it is flat but I chekced the air and the pressure is good. What do you think the problem might be?

Could be uneven wear. Check by laying your open palm flat across the tread of the tire. Move your hand around the tire part of the way. It should feel smooth and even. If you feel unevenness, you need a wheel alignment.
