I reciently had a safety inspection done on my car and was told it failed due to the brakes. On the front my braking power was 100%, on the driverside rear it was at 100% and on the passenger side rear it was at 50%. I have four wheel disk brakes and new brake pads. How should I correct the problem ?

Sounds like the system is out of balance, from either air in the system or pins that are stuck.

I would have the system bled and also on that wheel that was showing 50%, would have the caliper and pins looked at to check for binding or sticking.
