Where is the front windshield washer pump relay located?

It is my belief that it is located in the main bus panel, located at the front of the engine. Or it's in the little side panel of relays down beside the battery compartment. That one is a bear to get to, as you have to remove the battery and battery box to remove the cover to that relay center.
