1988 Mercury Sable Four Wheel Drive Automatic

my single lights wont work for my mercury sable 89. they only work if i push it up and down also i would also know were can i find a both fuse boxs because i only can find the one under the wheel

What do you mean "push it up and down?" Have you checked the flasher? As far as the other fuse panel, it is under the hood in the power distribution box.
