heater works but blows out cold when driving

i have replaced the heater core with a new one and new vacume lines and new thermastat.when i am sitting still my heater blow's out hot and the thermast goes up to normal and then i start driving it and it blows out cold and the thermast drops to cold.What could be the problem?!

try checking your heater blend door actuator, should be behind glove box see it it moves freely or if its broke

if its the same problem i had it was a cracked head gasket on the out side edge of the # 4 cyl, i replaced gasket and heater works great now
