Engine Performance problem
1999 Other Mercury Models Two Wheel Drive Automatic 140,46 miles

decelerates & will accelerate only downhill.
Hv just had fuel pump replaced to no avail.Mechanic said fuel gauge showed less than 30%.

the mechanic said your fuel pump was only putting out 30 percent of fuel?
