1987 Other Mercury Models V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I Want To Know If The Fuses Are Bad, We Put In A New Fuel Pump And A New Fuel Filter And We've Reset The Realy Switch And It Still Dont Kick On, So What Else Can Be Wrong With It?

Are you getting ignition spark? if so check the fuel pump, fuel pump relay and inertia fuel cut off switch.
