1980 Other Mercury Models humming in front end

when i am driving at 45mph or faster when turning right i get a humming sound in the front right tire. no rubbing that i can see. re-packed bearings in rotor. any suggestions on what it might be. not a lot of money to keep replacing parts.

I would swap the tire with a different one before anything else.
