1999 Mercury Mystique engine problems

When i cut the car on and also when it sits still at a stop sign the engine jumps and threatens to cutoff. and every morning when i cut the car on it jumps then cuts off. also makes a rough sound when wheel is fully turned.

im having the same problem..... it seems like the idle low every time i get to a light/stop it drops blow the 1rpm an dies or jumps a bit
