I have severe vibration on the right side front, I've inspected the rotor and pads, seem to be fine. The only other thing I can think of is the cv jount. Could it possibly be that?, and whats the repair cost?

Much more likely is a broken belt in the tire. Jack the front end up and support it on jack stands, then run it in gear and watch the tires.

CV joints can cause a vibration in the steering wheel, but usually only when under load, especially when accelerating and turning, such as when leaving a parking lot.
