Had garage check couldn't find any leaks, but could smell fumes. No check engine lights on, so they didn't check any further. What is my problem? Can't park in garage because of the fumes. Can I fix?

There either has to be a leak from the fuel line or the EVAP system. If there is nothing from the fuel lines, what I recommed doing is having the EVAP system fogged to see if there is a leak. THe fog will come out where the leak is located.
