Like i said check fuel pressure, inspect/clean/replace MAF sensor at the air filter box. Last tune up was? Go with basics first, plug and wires, or in your case with COP(coil on plug) just the plugs. Also Ford has a tech bulliten on a reflash for the compter that can also be your problem, if the truck is still under warranty, have the reflash done, if not, have it done anyway...it's a known drivabilty problem and the reflash is the cure...here:s the bulliten, you decide!
